What is The Enlisted Association National Guard of the United States (EANGUS)
The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) was formally organized in 1972 with the goal of increasing the voice of enlisted persons in the National Guard. As such, EANGUS is a non-profit organization dedicated to the principles of providing an adequate national defense and promoting the status, welfare, and professionalism of the men and women of the Army and Air National Guard by supporting legislation that provides adequate staffing, pay, benefits, entitlements, equipment, and installations for the National Guard.
What is The Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard (EANYNG)
The Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard (EANYNG) is dedicated to amplifying the voice of enlisted personnel within the New York National Guard. Established as a state chapter of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (Enlisted Association National Guard of the United States ) in 1985, the Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard is committed to upholding the principles of a strong national defense. We strive to enhance the status, welfare, and professionalism of the men and women the New York Army and Air National Guard by advocating for legislation that ensures adequate staffing, pay, benefits, entitlements, equipment, and installations for our state’s National Guard members.
Why do we need EANGUS/ EANYNG
To support legislation that provides adequate staffing, pay, benefits, entitlements, equipment and installations for the National Guard.
Anti-lobbying act (18 USC 1913) prohibits expenditure of federal funds on “grass roots” lobbying efforts to induce public to contact Congress concerning legislation or appropriations. FISCAL LAW is recurring provision in DOD’s annual appropriations act that no funds “shall be used in any way, directly or indirectly, to influence congressional action.”
Where can I find the goals of legislative goals?
The Legislative Goals of EANGUS are published annually. The goals and objectives were established through the resolution process, with resolutions passed by association delegates at the annual conference. From these resolutions come the issues that EANGUS will pursue in Congress and in the Department of Defense. Resolutions stay in force for two years.

Is lifetime membership a one time payment?
Yes, Lifetime membership is a one time payment of $300.00 you can also choose a split payment option at check out.
Are there any requirements to be a committee member?
Yes you must become a member. Membership level of any kind is acceptable.

Annual Member – select if you are a current, or retired Enlisted Member of the NY National Guard select: Valid for 1 year of purchase. Will be auto renewed until cancelled.
Associate Lifetime – select if you a relative of a current or former Enlisted Member of the NY National Guard.
Can members participate in meetings?
