About us
We stand as the voice for enlisted Soldiers and Airmen across the New York National Guard. As a state-based advocacy organization, we’re free to focus entirely on what matters most to our members – unconstrained by the President’s Budget Proposal or shifting Administration priorities.
Under the Anti-Lobbying Act (18 U.S.C.S 1913), federal funds cannot be used for grassroots lobbying – including direct contact with Congress on legislation appropriations. Fiscal law reinforces this boundary, and we operation within it.
That’s exactly why EANYNG exists at the state level: to represent our members directly, and to initiate or endorse legislation that delivers real, state specific benefits for New York’s Guard members and their families.

President
Susana draws on over 17 years NY Army and Air National Guard military expertise to champion enlisted members and their families. He’s dedicated to ensuring your voices are heard and that the National Guard community thrives.
Joseph FISHER
Vice President - Army
A retired NY Sergeant Major with over 31 years of military service including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Fisher brings a deep commitment to improving the lives of Army and Air Guard members and their families.

Vice President - Air
Bringing extensive military expertise from his role as Group First Sergeant for the 106th Rescue Wing, McGhee is committed to enhancing resources, promoting professional development, and ensuring Air Force members and their families receive the support and advocacy they deserve.
Maurisa MASSIAH
Treasurer
Dedicated military veteran and financial management professional with extensive Air and Army National Guard experience, Massiah brings data-driven leadership and proven program management expertise whilst being committed to advancing service member support through strategic financial stewardship.

Wellington represents the unified voice of enlisted Soldiers, Airmen, veterans, and retired personnel across New York State. He is dedicated to championing the support our members deserve, ensuring elected officials and policymakers hear and prioritize the needs of those who serve.

Legislative Chair
Retired Master Sergeant with 24 years of military service and extensive legislative advocacy experience, Mannarino oversees veteran support initiatives and advancing service member interests through her work on Senator Gillibrand’s Military Academy Selection Committee.
