Donation & Support Request

The Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard (EANYNG) is committed to supporting New York National Guard Soldiers, Airmen, veterans, and their families through community programs, financial assistance, professional development, and special events. This form allows individuals, military units, and organizations to request financial donations, event sponsorships, supplies, or other forms of support from EANYNG. Please provide a clear description of your request, its purpose, who will benefit, and the type of assistance needed. Supporting documents, event details, or cost estimates may be requested to help us review your submission. All requests will be reviewed based on the Association’s mission, available resources, and established approval procedures. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or funding. We appreciate the opportunity to learn about your needs and explore how EANYNG may be able to assist. Disclaimer: All Donation & Support Requests will be reviewed and considered for approval through a vote during the Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard (EANYNG) monthly meetings. Approval is subject to available funding, organizational priorities, and the Association’s established procedures. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or financial assistance.

I agree to provide the Enlisted Association of the New York National Guard (EANYNG) with a designated space to set up a promotional table at the event, as well as 15 minutes on the event agenda to speak to attendees about the association, its mission, and membership opportunities.
